It is just the opposite! Thanks to the support of Strategy & Results consultants in the planning and implementation of this project, our teams could not wait to implement the changes developed together. How did it happen that we started working together? During our meeting, Janusz Kamieński asked for a half-hour break, and during this time, Strategy & Results consultants worked out an effective response to our expectations. The offer contained a proposal to discover key information for our business about the factors that customers want to pay for, and then use this knowledge in the process of designing a new vision and strategy for the company. We involved all associates in the project. The workshops also enabled our teams to propose new ideas in their stores and services, and the superiors effectively supported the processes of implementing changes proposed by employees.
Thanks to the support of Janusz Kamieński and his consultants, the workshops were inspiring, they made it possible to discover and clarify the best practices of customer and employee experience management. Additionally, Janusz helped us to conduct a “Business Safari”, a week-long “discovery visit” for a group of several dozen managers in the forge of modern business. Thanks to the project implemented with Strategy & Results, employee engagement increased, which was confirmed by the external survey of the Commitment and Satisfaction Barometer.
