From a small Polish company that we took over in 2001, Kingspan has become – with the help of Strategy & Results consultants – a modern, well-managed and profitable company. This was evidenced by the constant development of the company, as well as the acquisition of other competitive companies on the Polish market. When I got to know the effects of Janusz Kamieński’s work, I invited him to cooperate also in our plant in the Czech Republic and in the Netherlands.

In Poland, our management staff had very unequal competences. Older managers had management habits from the times of the centrally controlled economy. Young people, on the other hand, had nowhere to find the habits of effective, modern management. That is why we asked Janusz to prepare a solution that would raise the quality of management in the company to the level enabling realization of the company’s goals.

Janusz Kamieński, together with his consultants, carried out a series of workshops for our managerial staff, which resulted in a serious cultural change, involving not only managers, but also subordinates, i.e., the entire staff. The new quality of work obtained in this way made it possible to effectively deal with the challenges of the recession, the attacks of competition, and then the employee’s market. I have dealt with many business consultants. I undoubtedly admit that Janusz Kamieński is one of the best of them in Poland, and even in Europe.
