Thanks to the fact that Strategy & Results consultants gained the knowledge of what the leverage of profitability is in our case, we quickly accelerated the break-even point moment for the Deni Cler brand.
As a brand ensuring the highest quality, we enjoyed many customers. Due to the value offered, we were also able to maintain high prices. However, from the very beginning of our activity, we faced the challenge of insufficiently high profitability. There were even voices regarding the introduction of loyalty programs that were to increase the value of turnover per customer, but they would lower our margin even more.
